GoFundMe is the #1 online fundraising website. They have the most amount of campaigns running and have raised the most money. GoFundMe charges a 0% platform fee for personal campaigns, however there is a 2.9% + $0.30 fee for each credit or debit card transaction.

GoFundMe has a greater social reaching power than any other crowdfunding platform since they are the largest. 

Here are some steps to follow when creating your FreeFunder campaign:

1. Create an account on the homepage of the website.

2. Create your campaign by making a title, a goal amount, and a category.

3. Add photos and videos, and a compelling description to your campaign.

4. Publish your campaign and begin sharing it. It helps to start with close friends and family to get a base, before you share it with the world.
