Returns and Refunds
All QuadJoy purchases come with a 30 day money back return policy. You may request credit with us instead of a money refund.
All returns will be inspected before a refund is processed.
If any item is damaged beyond reasonable use, credit will not be given for the item.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and must insure the items appropriately to ensure a safe and secure delivery.
We highly recommend shipping all packages to our facility using UPS or FedEx.
There are some items that are not refundable under any circumstance:
Credit Card fees (if paid by credit card) - 3% of the final total
Shipping charges
Any consumable (supplies) such as
1 Year Supply Kit
Any Stick Kit (QK-STK2-1, QK-STK2-25, QK-STK2-50)
Supplies Pack (Q-Supplies)
Sticks/Straws (Q-Stick-2, Q-Stick-5, QO-HYSTK-2)
Saliva Filters (QF-S03-12, QF-S03-100)
Line & Luer (Q-LL-2)
Hydrophobic Filters (QF-H17-5)
Magnet Holder - (Q-MAGNET)
Returns are not accepted on the supplies due to sanitary reasons.
Once the items are received, checked in, inspected, a final refund amount will be calculated and the customer will be advised.
