Should the new sticks not fit your QuadJoy, we do have replacement magnet holders available for self install or you can send us your QuadJoy to be outfitted with the newest magnet holder. Please see the Device Repair option.

For sanitary reasons, once it is shipped, we cannot take the product back.

This is the newest stick update built with a shorter, stronger, Polycarbonate mold.

If your QuadJoy unit number is 2561 or lower, the adapter must be taken off the Magnet Holder to attach the new stick design.

We do recommend that you use Hydrophobic Filters with your QuadJoy because if saliva gets into the mouse it will damage it.
