Unboxing the QuadJoy Mouse

Congratulations, you just ordered a QuadJoy mouse! Here is a quick guide to what you will receive in your package. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us so we can help.

1: Paperwork

When opening your order for the first time, the first thing you will see is the paperwork that comes with your mouse. The paperwork that will come is updated from the version shown in the video below, but digital mouse instructions can be found here.

2: USB Cable

A six-foot USB cable will come with your mouse. Fifteen feet USB cables are also available for purchase on our website.

3: Supplies Packet

A baggie of general QuadLIFE supplies will come with your mouse. It comes with two sticks, two hydrophobic filters, four slide filters, and one line and luer. If you ever need more supplies for your mouse, you can purchase them at our website under the product tab. 

4: Cable Clips (optional)

If you choose to add cable clips to your order, these will come next. Cable clips were designed by us to take the place of zip-ties in securing your flex arm. 

5: QuadJoy Mouse

Your mouse will come packaged within a styrofoam container in your box to help protect it. 

6: C-Clamp or Pipe-Clamp

The next item you will see in your box is your c-clamp. If you choose to upgrade your clamp to a pipe-clamp, you will find it as the next item in the box. 

7: Flex Arm with Articulating End

Your flex arm will be at the bottom of your box. Either the 24-inch or 30-inch option will be in the box, depending on which one you chose.
