 ·         1 trial per customer. Trial valid in US only.

·         Receive $50 off if you buy a new kit within 14 days after your trial ends. 

·         Damage to product may reduce refund amount

·         The trial supplies (Stick, filter, line and luer) do not need to be returned!

·         Kit must be received by QuadLife within 14 days of trial expiration.

·         If you opt out of purchasing the kit, you are responsible for all costs to return the kit to

We recommend that you insure the package for $1800 USD. If there is an issue, you agree not to hold QuadLife or Street Electric MFG CO LLC liable for loss or damage to returned merchandise. If there is an issue, it is up to the customer to handle any damage/warranty claims from the shipper.

If you are returning the kit, we will inspect the package once it is returned to us. Please allow 7 business days for us to inspect the product and initiate the refund. Our processor generally sends an email when a refund is started. It may take 10-14 business days for the refund to be fully complete, that isn’t something we can change.

Once the invoice is paid in full, you will be emailed the full activation code.

To enter the code, you do need to have downloaded our app (free, from our website).
